On the Market

This document constitutes an agreement between Glens Falls Living and  (“Advertiser”). Glens Falls Living and Advertiser agree to the following: 

SERVICES 

Advertiser agrees to promote their real estate listing on GlensFallsLiving.com, and grants Glens Falls Living the right to publish the details and images related to the listing. 

Advertiser grants Glens Falls Living the right to use Advertiser’s name and contact information in connection with the listing. 

Except for the rights granted Glens Falls Living in this agreement, Advertiser retains all rights, including copyright, to information and images related to the listing. 

Advertiser represents and warrants that Advertiser has the right to grant these rights; that they do not knowingly contain any untrue statements, invade any right of privacy, or infringe upon any statutory or common law copyright or otherwise violate the rights of any third party; and that all statements in the listing that are asserted as facts are true and/or based upon reasonable research for accuracy.

Glens Falls Living reserves the right to remove any listings that violate its publishing or brand standards.

In return, Glens Falls Living agrees to provide the following:

• The listing will be included in our On the Market blog post on GlensFallsLiving.com the week of purchase. From there, the blog post will be promoted to our Facebook and Instagram audiences, as well as our weekly email newsletter - which includes over 14k readers and followers.

• Inclusion in the On the Market section of GlensFallsLiving.com for 90 days.

PUBLISHING

Advertiser understands that Glens Falls Living will do whatever is reasonable to ensure that entries are published according to the schedule set forth above, but cannot be held responsible for circumstances outside of our control, such as power, internet, or website host outages, and the like. In the unlikely event of such unforeseen circumstances, Glens Falls Living will communicate the delay promptly to Advertiser and ensure publication as soon as possible. 

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Glens Falls Living from any and all claims and demands made by any third party due to or arising out of your listing appearing on our website. 

FEES + PAYMENT TERMS

Fee: In consideration of the services provided, Advertiser agrees to pay Glens Falls Living a fee of $100.00.  

Terms: Advertiser will pay in full prior to the listing being published on Glens Falls Living. 

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York.
