Happy Friday - and August (already?!)! It looks like it’s going to be a gorgeous one, so in addition to picking some more blueberries (and making another pie!), here’s what’s doin’:
We’re psyched to head down to the very first vegan festival in the city on Sunday. Lots of plant based options to try and vendors to shop, and if the food is anything like this recipe we shared from [farmacy] this week (which we know it will be!), we’re in for a treat. Grab the scoop here.
We can never pass up a good antique shop, so what could be better than over 200 antique vendors all in one place?! This fair is one of our local favorites and we always manage to find a treasure or two (in addition to our giant bag of kettle corn!). Find the info here.
New Way is celebrating 100 years of hot dogs this weekend with a party next to their South Street location. Live music, a hot dog eating contest, trivia, and lots of activities for the kiddos. Grab all the details here, and read more about their journey through the years here.
With August here already, we’re brainstorming an end of summer bucket list, and at the top is a family ride out to Hillbilly Fun for ice cream and mini golf. This was one of our favorite summer traditions as kids and it seems like the perfect weekend to make it happen. Grab their details here.
Have the best weekend, and thanks so much for reading!
