Happy weekend! There’s been juuust a hint of a chill in the air in the morning this past week AND the back to school stuff is out at Target, so we’re soaking up these last few weekends of August while we’ve got ‘em. Here’s what looks good for this one:
The Hyde kicked off their Plein Air Festival this week, and we’re looking forward to spotting the painters around town and sneaking a peek at their work. The Festival culminates on Sunday at The Hyde with all of the pieces on display, as well as what looks to be a fun filled Community Day of tours, family activities, live music, and more. Get the details here.
With summer sneaking away, we’re marking down the things we don’t want to miss over the next couple of weeks. On the list: grab tickets for Grandma’s Table (al fresco on Maple Street!) next weekend, make our way down to the last Take a Bite of the year (already?!), and try to squeeze in a farm to table dinner at Dancing Ewe, Canal Street Marketplace, or Lakota’s Farm.
