The Weekender: January 10-12

Happy (almost) Friday! What are you up to this weekend? We’ve been saying we’re going to take down our Christmas tree for roughly 10 days, so we’re going to see if we can finally make that happen this weekend, along with getting started on a few other projects around the house. Here’s what else looks good:

Read a Good Book

Tom and I were just saying that we need some good books in our lives, and with a rainy weekend in the forecast, we’re looking forward to checking out Crandall Library for our next good read (now accepting book suggestions!).

Farmers Market

We were so busy during the holiday season that we haven’t made it over to the Indoor Farmer’s Market at Sanford Street Elementary yet! We’re putting that on our list this weekend for sure. Details here.

Museum Hopping

It’s the second Sunday of the month, which means free admission at The Hyde, and if you have kiddos, definitely take advantage of Free Day at the World Awareness Children’s Museum on Sunday! Find those details here.

Space Between

The first exhibit of the year is this Friday at the LARAC Lapham Gallery and it looks like a good one, celebrating not only the artist’s subject matter, but also the space around it. Grab the details here!
