The Weekender: January 24-26

Happy weekend! We’re still not sure if it’s going to rain or snow but we’re hoping for the latter with all of the fun winter events planned (hello ice bar season!). Regardless, there’s lots to do this weekend, and here’s what’s on our radar:

Ice Bars

’Tis the season! A variety of ice bars are opening this weekend - Funky Ice Fest at Adirondack Brewery, Glacier Ice Bar at The Sagamore, and Forest Ice Bar at the Holiday Inn Resort, to name a few. Grab the list and the details here!

Snowfest at West

This Saturday, you can ski free at West from 2-6pm when you pick up a lift ticket voucher from Mohawk Chevrolet. I (Bri) say this every year, but this is the year I’m going to learn to ski. In the meantime, the live music, snow wagon rides, and tubing sound right up my alley. Grab the details on the event here!

Game Night

The Adirondack Thunder are home both Friday and Saturday night this weekend, and we’re always psyched for an opportunity to cheer on the home team. Grab tickets here, and check out our Hockey Town series here to brush up on some of the players (and fans!).

Date Night

Radici Kitchen opens downtown this weekend, and we can’t wait to check it out (stay tuned for our First Look!). After perusing their menu (sneak a peek here!), we’re sure they’ll be a new favorite. Grab their info here!
